ProGeorgia is seeking an accountable, passionate, goal-oriented visionary to serve in a critical new role as Development Director after raising significant resources through statewide voter engagement for high profile national and statewide elections. The Development Director will bring a record of success developing relationships, particularly with philanthropic/institutional funders, that generate revenue for mission-based organizations or initiatives as well as experience developing employees and effective development strategies. This position reports to the Executive Director and will build and lead a small team of professional staff and consultants ensuring development-related work plans and goals are aligned with the mission, values, and strategic direction of the organization and, ultimately, fulfilled. ProGeorgia is seeking an Integrated Communications Manager to develop and implement engagement and social media strategies across all platforms and channels to increase awareness of the organization’s mission and activities and to mobilize table partners. The position serves as the primary contact for communication related to general program information, activities and table partnerships. Reporting directly to the Communications Director, the Integrated Communications Manager serves as a liaison between the Comms team and external stakeholders, cultivating relationships and providing essential creative and educational support to table partners and other stakeholders.
